P.-5 19-1604 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Siegfried Engineering, Inc., Stockton, CA, for the latter to provide additional design (architectural) services for an additional basketball court retrofit, drinking fountain, striping of court and painting of seat walls with installed clips, as described in the July 5, 2019 Proposal for Professional Services, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in conjunction with the Westlake Middle School Field Project, in an additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $85,902.68 to $90,902.68. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
