    RE 86 Echo Ave., Friends of the Piedmont Avenue Branch Library (www.friendsofpal.org) has been interested in potential use of the Piedmont CDC for a permanent branch, subject to viewing and getting better documents/information about the building. Other neighborhood stakeholder groups that should be included in 7-11 committee outreach for this site are the Piedmont Ave. Neighborhood Improvement League (www. Panil.org) and Piedmont Ave. Merchants Association (www.piedmontavenue.org )

    Milton Reynolds, consultant is also not in the District search engine. Is he also consultant without Board approved contract?
