P.-17 19-1554 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater Than 92,600 between the District and Applied Materials & Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide window water testing to two hundred and fourteen (214) windows, the negative test pressure to the provided to AME, provide written reports of testing results, in conjunction with Glenview New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $145,340.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $297,937.00 to $443,277.00 and extending Agreement term from June 22, 2016 through December 31, 2019 to December 1, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
