T.-7 19-1495 Adoption by the Board of Education of the position of "Support If Amended" for Assembly Bill 967 - Local Control and Accountability Plans, if the Bill is amended to provide relief to a Local Education Agency (LEA) through State reimbursement of mandated costs this Bill, if adopted in current form, will impose on LEAs for oversite of the development, adoption and the transparency required for LCAPs and Updates imposed on the governing boards, administrators and authorizers of charter schools.
