P.-30 19-1365 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $92,600 between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, Livermore, CA., for the latter to provide services, based on proposal #P39286-000046, dated 5/3/2019, which includes replacement of existing fire alarm panel and reprogram the existing devices in the boiler room, in conjunction with the Frick Middle School Panel Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 27, 2019 and concluding no later than December 31, 2019, in an amount not-to exceed $60,489.00.
