P.-28 19-1295 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between District and Morgan Shidler Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 6 hours of training to District Summer Learning Programs staff on appropriate and effective Youth Work Methods, in the additional amount of $300.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $3,050.00 to $3,350.00, and extending the Contract term from January 14, 2019 through June 20, 2019 to June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
