P.-5 19-1179 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $92,600 between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide additional testing needed and observation of pretesting and final acceptance test of the fire and intrusion alarm system, prepare and submit verified written reports for DSA project certification, in conjunction with the Joaquin Miller Fire & Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set fourth, commencing June 13, 2019 and concluding no later than December 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $15,800.00.
