P.-28 19-1111 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Tavia Council, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional structured games and activities for students to also include after school services for both Alliance Academy and Elmhurst Community Preparatory School students, for the period of March 1, 2019 through May 31, 2019, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Contract not exceed amount from $3,000.00 to $8,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
