P.-1 19-1047 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $90,200 between the District and Jensen Hughes, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional pre-testing of fire alarm system, prepare written testing reports and present to the District, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary Finishing Kitchen Addition Project, in an additional amount of $2,000.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $9,610.00 to $11,610.00, for the period June 7, 2018 through June 30, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
