P.-92 19-0664 Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District, Technology Exchange, Oakland, CA, and Civicorps, Oakland, CA, for services that will enable the District to improve the support of computers and other technology at school sites and for Central Office staff by all Parties to this MOU cooperating to remove outdated, insecure, and non-functioning computer and computer related equipment ("e-waste") from District sites, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated herein, via Technology Services Department, for the term May 20, 2019 through May 19, 2022, at no cost to the District.
