P.-60 19-0908 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Peter Mummert, San Francisco, CA, for the latter, due to new fiscal system requirements, to produce two Human Resources Authorizations/Extended Contracts for each certificated employee working in the Summer Learning Programs as employees will perform work crossing fiscal years and to create individual digital timesheets for each summer employee, which will be imported into District's fiscal system, at an additional cost of $5,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to $20,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
