P.-31 19-0629 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Morgan Shidler Consulting, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide an additional fifteen hours working in support of the After School to Teacher Pipeline to increase the likelihood of their success and sustainability as teachers in Oakland and six additional hours to provide training to District's Summer Learning Programs staff on appropriate and effective youth work methods, in the additional amount of $1,050.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $2,000.00 to $3,050.00, and extending the Contract term from January 14, 2019 through May 31, 2019 to June 20, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
