P.-21 19-0906 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater Than $90,200 between the District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide extended construction services, in conjunction with the Madison Middle School New Expansion Project, in an additional amount of $191,990.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $462,630.00 to $654,620.00 and extending Agreement term from February 24, 2016 through June 30, 2019 to December 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
