P.-20 19-0694 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater Than $90,200 between the District and Verde Design, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide additional design services to address ADA access compliance and review the existing restrooms; provide direction on any modifications that will include DSA submittal and approval, in conjunction with the Emerson Elementary School Ball Field Project, in an additional amount of $4,455.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $254,405.00 to $258,860.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
