P.-46 19-0743 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Swun Math, Cypress, CA, reducing with the latter funding for joint services 90 minutes math model for grades TK-5 students in the amount of -$25,000.00, reducing the cost not to exceed amount of Contract from $210,000.00 to $185,000, as both sites have determined it will pay for any increase in services directly, for the period of October 1, 2018 through June 28, 2019, at Futures and Community United Elementary Schools, via Elementary Schools Network 4. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
