P.-43 19-0711 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and the Teaching Well, Sonoma, CA, for the latter to continue to run District staff wellness listening campaign through June, 2019 and partner to run wellness champion event on May 7, 2019 to promote health and wellness to 50 District sites, at an additional cost of $3,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $28,000.00 to $31,500.00, for the term September 21, 2018 through June 30, 2019, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
