P.-4 19-0778 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide architectural support and coordination for a new modular building; structural foundation design and below-flow/above-roof plumbing design and supplemental surveys, in the additional amount of $47,319.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $147,730.00 to $195,049.00, and extending Agreement term from August 23, 2018 through August 23, 2019 to December 31, 2019, in conjunction with the Ralph Bunche High School CTE Kitchen Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
