P.-4 19-0473 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services to include conducting an asbestos survey and lead survey in preparation for the removal of the seven portables, which include pre-demolition asbestos and lead sampling, in conjunction with the Roosevelt Middle Modernization Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set fourth, commencing April 25, 2019 and concluding no later than December 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $6,512.00.
