P.-49 19-0528 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Mentoring In Medicine and Science, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the health scholars pathway program with additional workshops to expose and train students in health careers and skills, in an additional amount not to exceed $26,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $12,000.00 to $38,000.00, at Dewey Academy, for the term of December 3, 2018 through May 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
