P.-13 19-0568 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Less Than $88,300 between the District and Jensen Hughes, Walnut Creek, CA, engaging the latter in an extension of consulting services for the fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems at Increment 4 and the temporary Wellness Clinic, including attending pre-construction meetings, in conjunction with the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $11,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $64,930.00 to $76,430.00, for the term November 9, 2017 through December 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
