P.-20 19-0330 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Music Is Extraordinary, Oakland, CA, for the latter, through one of its programs, Oakland Public Conservatory of Music (OPC) to, 1) provide music education classes 8 hours weekly; 2) notify SOL administration about any absence or illness of teacher at least 24 hours prior whenever possible, in the event that an OPC substitute is unavailable; and 3) maintain and restore the order and general cleanliness of all facilities after each use, at Oakland School of Language (SOL), for the period of September 3, 2018 through May 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
