P.-17 19-0327 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Kathleen Hennessy, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide communications support for the ELLMA team including content development for newsletters and website as well as support with publications as needed and training of staff; assist with special projects, i.e. layout of handouts, presentations and any printed materials as needed and gradually build capacity on the ELLMA team to be able to handle communications work internally by the end of contract period, via the English Language Learner & Multilingual Achievement Department, for the period of February 15, 2019 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $22,000.00.
