E.-9 19-0137 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement Less Than $87,700 between the District and Ninyo & Moore, CA, for the latter to provide additional special inspection & testing services associated with glue lam beam inspections in the State of Oregon, soil sampling & compaction for new sewer pipe; testing of anchor bolts/epoxy dowels, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Addition Project, in an additional amount of $6,280.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $27,940.00 to $34,220.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
