E.-6 19-0119 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural between the District and DSK Architects, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide additional services: revised structural support Design for bleachers and additional construction Administration, i.e. re-review of revised bleacher submittals from manufacturer; prepare construction documents and Construction Cost Documents (CCD) submittal package, in conjunction with the Frick Middle School Mod Intensive Support Site Project, in an additional amount of $11,800.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $236,965.00 to $248,765.00 and extending Agreement term from June 22, 2016 through April 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
