P.-27 19-0177 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Tyler Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to increase hours forming mentoring relationships with 14-20 at-risk students and their families in Grades 1 and 2; provide a combination of academic and SEL intervention during class time, at recess and after school; and provide outreach to families to develop personalized plans for such students at Chabot Elementary School, in the additional amount of $1,815.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $27,692.00 to $29,507.00, for the term of August 13, 2018 through June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
