P.-18 19-0127 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a two-unit Peralta elective course for 10th and 11th grade after school program participants, focusing on career exploration, as well as "Mission Bit," an after school coding and web design course, in the additional amount of $16,116.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of MOU from $232,330.00 to $240,446.00, at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, for the period August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
