P.-12 19-0020 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between the District and We Lead Ours, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1700 hours of additional services for Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness - individual and group sessions - for students violating District tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills behavioral coaching along with classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, at 14 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site, in the additional amount of $59,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $90,000.00 to $149,500.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 13, 2018 through June 6, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remaining in full force and effect.
