P.-55 18-2629 Approval by the Board of Education of Second Amendment, Grant Agreement between the District and the City of Oakland, with District accepting additional award of a Kids First! Oakland Fund for Children and Youth Grant, providing internship stipends for high school students in the Exploring College and Career Options Program, in an additional amount not to exceed $154,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $300,000.00 to $454,500.00, and extending the term of Agreement from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019 via the High School Linked Learning Office. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
