P.-46 18-2619 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Mathematica Policy Research, Inc., Princeton, NJ, for the latter, with input from the District, to draft and submit a short journal article to a practitioner journal such as Kappan or Educational Leadership and a blog post to a practitioner publication such as Edutopia based on the study conducted by Mathematica on the efficacy of Leveled Literacy Intervention for District secondary students; implement revisions to the practitioner journal article and the blog post, as well as to the academic journal article previously submitted to the Journal of Research on Educational Effectiveness, as requested by the relevant publication; continue to attend meetings with District and the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) grant project officer every other month, or as needed, for the period of October 26, 2018 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $11,000.00.
