P.-30 18-2473 Approval by the Board of Education of Second Amendment, Grant Agreement between District and the City of Oakland, accepting an additional $214,000.00 in City of Oakland Measure Z Funding (Public Safety and Services Violence Prevention Act), for life coaching services to juvenile offenders referred by the Juvenile Justice Center Transition Center (JJC) with a focus on school placement, probation discharge, and brokering of local support services, increasing Grant Award from $500,000.00 to $714,000.00 and extending the term of the Agreement of January 1, 2016 thru June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
