P.-6 18-2479 Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for School Pupil Activity Bus Transportation Services With Seat Belts between the District and D Harris Tours, Inc., Vallejo, CA, for the latter to provide School Pupil Activity Bus transportation vehicles for District school sites and programs (including with seat belts, when a school or District site specifically requests and/or when the law requires that the dispatched vehicles have seat belts), for the period of August 8, 2018 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $99,300.00 per contract year [first contract year is August 8, 2018 to June 30, 2019; successive "contract year" is July 1 of one year to June 30 of the next successive year], with option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual written agreement by both Parties.
