K3.-7 18-2472 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspector of record services required by DSA, in conjunction with the Burbank Elementary School Fire Alarm Project, in an additional amount of $5,700.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $35,640.00 to $41,340.00, and extending Agreement term from May 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018 to January 31, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
