K3.-1 18-2317 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland CA, for latter to provide inspection of record services required for DSA standards, in conjunction with the Edna Brewer Middle School Fire & Intrusion Alarm Upgrade Project, extending Agreement term from June 15, 2017 through March 30, 2018 to May 31, 2019, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
