K2.-31 18-2333 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Kendra Alice Rivas, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support students in the application and/ or enrollment in a partner program including the writing of personal statements and reflections, the gathering of letters of recommendation and necessary documentation and the fulfillment of all other forms and permission slips; discerning and negotiating the expectations of the partner program, school and family in all capacities; leverage services across the partner agency and the school to meet pupil's academic and socio-emotional expectations, and case manage group of 30-35 9th or 10th graders participating in 3-5 different partner programs at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, for the period of August 13, 2018 through May 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $33,000.00.
