K.-7 18-2423 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional special inspection & testing services associated with concrete, epoxy anchoring and welding activities based on the construction schedule, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Addition Project, in an additional amount of $8,268.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $19,672.00 to $27,940.00, and extending Agreement term from June 13, 2017 through December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
