K.-4 18-2413 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional coordinating for the hazardous material abatement scope; design of new storage tank and new circulation system, in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle School Boiler Replacement Project, in an additional amount of $5,300.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $100,000.00 to $105,300.00 and extending Agreement term from June 29, 2017 through December 31, 2018 to December 31,2019. All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
