K.-2 18-2411 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Layas Partnership, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide continued project and construction management services; project oversight and owner representation, in conjunction with the Facilities Planning and Management Project, and extending Agreement term from March 29, 2018 through December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2019, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $104,160.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $163,800.00 to $267,960.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
