18-2376 Adoption by LCAP - Parent Advisory Committee of proposed amendment to Article II, Section 2 of the LCAP PSAC Bylaws, as follows: "Members from Site English Language Learners' Sub-Committees (SELLS) can count for up to half of the 60% quorum of schools that is required to hold district-wide elections, can be nominated to the English Language Learner (ELL) seats in their electoral districts, and can vote to elect members to the ELL seats."
