Bechtel Jr. Foundation, via the Oakland Public Education Fund, for the District's receipt/use of $282, 000 for K-8 Mathematics (Legislative File No. 18-1674, Enactment 18-1482, September 12, 2018), extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019, with final report due September 15, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
