K.-5 18-2028 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, San Jose CA, for the latter to provide additional services to include field/site welding inspections with preparation of the daily field reports and DSA final reports, in conjunction with the Bret Harte Middle School Field Project, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $2,749.00 increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $18,539.00 to $21,288.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
