K.-4 18-1991 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional DSA inspection services required by DSA to oversee building of the project, in conjunction with the Bret Harte Middle School Turf Project, and extending Agreement term from March 29, 2017 through December 31, 2018 to February 1, 2019, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in the additional amount of $7,500.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $32,000.00 to $39,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
