K.-3 18-1990 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and KDI Consultants, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional DSA inspection services required by DSA for all DSA projects, in conjunction with the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, and extending Agreement term from February 24, 2016 through December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2019, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $187,700.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $274,930.00 to $462,630.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
