K.-12 18-1948 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Philip Williams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide technical assistance with Windows and Apple Macintosh computers, as required by the school, to obtain the maximum instructional benefit and utility for students and staff, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of August 13, 2018 through June 28, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
