K.-2 18-1881 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Geotechnical Observation, Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services, in the additional amount of $142,126.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $45,000.00 to $187,126.00 and extending Agreement term from February 28, 2018 through October 31, 2018 to December 31, 2020, in conjunction with the Fremont High School New Construction Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
