K.-5 18-1880 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Inspector of Record services for Phase II construction, in conjunction with the Manzanita Child Development Center Fire & Intrusion Project, in the additional amount of $9000.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $29,000.00 and extending Agreement term from January 12, 2017 through June 29, 2018 to December 1, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
