K.-4 18-1842 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and GAP Technology, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to assist District Employees, when requested, to perform the following functions: 1. Assist the Technology Team with Phase II design and implementation of the Escape system, 2. Support the transfer of the legacy IFAS system into an internally-hosted environment, 3. Contribute to the development of an in-house system to support Human Resources employment verifications, 4. Assist the Escape project manager(s) with Phase II project planning efforts, 5. Provide ongoing expertise and knowledge transfer to the Technology Services team, and 6. Provide assistance with other new Escape projects as required, for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $86,400.00.
