K.-14 18-1826 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement Less than $90,200 between the District and ABC Security Services, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide uniformed security guard/protection with real-time computer based Guard reporting system, in conjunction with the Foster Educational Leadership Complex Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing August 23, 2018 and concluding no later than July 31, 2019, in an amount not-to exceed $90,000.00.
