K.-13 18-1825 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Architectural Agreement between the District and LCA Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional revised construction documents for Increments 1 & 2 to reflect the site features, doorways, and utilities added to the previous survey, redesign landscape, planning and irrigation plans, in conjunction with the Fremont New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $20,950.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $5,420,760.00 to $5,441,710.00. All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
