K.-43 18-1672 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Cooperative Agreement between District and Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC), adding Oakland High School and Roosevelt Middle School, to the Affordable Student Transit Pass Pilot Program Project, including the 50% BART pass, previously available to students of Castlemont High, Fremont High, Frick Middle School, Westlake Middle School and McClymonds High School, for the 2018-2019 school year, at no cost to the District. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
