K.-8 18-1704 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide landscaping, lighting, in conjunction with the Laurel Elementary School Finishing Kitchen Addition Project, and extension pf Agreement term from April 27, 2016 through December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2020, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $3,750.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $269,865.00 to $273,615.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
